The following are the general policies of Heart and Hand Therapeutic Massage.

Payment Policy
Checks are welcome. Any returned
checks will result in a fee of $20.00.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and old fashioned cash!
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in
a full change for the session missed.
Weather
Weather in Virginia may result in
rare disruptions in service. In general, if the city government is
closed, we will be closed. We will do our best to contact any clients scheduled for service on the day in question.
Scheduling
We work by appointment only; however, please feel free to call for
availability.
